A match worn Wales Jersey from the Philip Dudley Waller collection. Phil Waller made six appearances for Wales, making his debut in the 1908 international against Australia. He would retain his place in the team after he reports state he played ‘a blinder’ and play in all the internationals of 1909, Wales won all of these matches to claim the triple crown ‘also beating France to claim an unofficial Grand Slam’. His final Welsh appearance came in 1910 against France (a match by all accounts was not played seriously).
