1973 Barbarians v N Zealand Rugby Invitation and Menu Cards: Rare pair of cards for the after match dinner at the Royal Hotel, Cardiff, following the historic 23-11 Baabaas win.

Rare Neath Rugby Football Club members season ticket booklet from the 1890's onwards - six small attractive hard- backed cloth and gilt season ticket books for the club, for the seasons 1896-7, 1897-8, 1900-1, 1906-7, 1907-8 and 1910-11.

1924 British Lions Rugby Tour to South Africa autographs: a rare sheet clearly and neatly signed in ink by a host of members of the 1924 'Lions' party
LOT 180 – Estimate £800-£1000
Scarce 1924 South Africa Springbok international honours cap - presented to Dr Jack Van Druten together with a portfolio photocopied material of Official Souvenir Programme-"All Blacks South African Tour 1928" highlighting Van Druten rugby exploits and contemporary rugby -fascinating material (2) Note: Dr Van Druten an 8x times capped South African forward who studied medicine at Trinity College Dublin after World War I, went onto play for the Barbarians and then travelled home and played against the 1924 British Lions and the 1928 All Blacks scoring twice against the Lions.

Fine 1923 Wales v Scotland Touch Flag: rare and embroidered silk rugby touch judge's flag from 'Gracie's Match', Scotland's rare 11-8 Cardiff win being inspired by and clinched by the late try from centre Leslie Gracie. Another Scots try-scorer was 'Chariots of Fire' Olympian Eric Liddell. Scarlet and White to one side, blue with thistle to the other, clean sharp colour, a grand example well preserved
LOT 189 – Estimate £200-£250
Fine 1933 Ireland v Wales Touch Flag: rare and embroidered silk rugby touch judge's flag from this Belfast match won 10-5 by Ireland. Identical both sides, a light green-turquoise background with bright green shamrock garland surrounding the Welsh 'Prince of Wales Feathers' emblem; a fine clean example.
LOT 324 – Estimate £600-£700
Rare 1905 New Zealand's Rugby 'Originals' All Blacks Team Photograph - large press photograph taken before the match against Yorkshire: of Dave Gallaher's men before their 44-0 win over Yorkshire at Headingley on Weds. 13th December - just three days before the tourists' famous sole 3-0 defeat by Wales. - mf&g 17" x 16" in matt black, a scarcely-known clean and clear 11" x 9" official photograph Note: Tim Auty, a descendant and member of whose family played well and bravely for Yorkshire that day, says, 'We softened up the All Blacks for Wales'!
